It can be synchronized with any automatic weighing/filling system and is suitable for products like powders and granules viz Cornfales, chips, rice, flour, salt, sugar, mehndi, ready, ready to eat snacks etc.
The machine is suitable for all type of heat sealable laminated films such as polyester polythene laminated film, aluminium foil, BOPP etc.
Impulse heat sealing system also be provided for sealable virgin films.
The machine is versatile and can be easily changed over from one pouch size to another.
All contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS 304/316.
Pouch repeat can easily be adjusted from 25 m and 300 mm.
This machine can be incorporated with hot foil coding device to print information's such as PKD, MRP, B.N. etc.
